Interior and Exterior Design

From the outside in, our team assists in designing and selecting materials perfect for your home. Exterior design includes selections and location analysis of siding, stone/brick, roofing material, front door style, garage doors, exterior lighting, trim, decks, and landscaping. Interior design and selections range from flooring, cabinets, wall materials, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, millwork, paint, window treatments, furniture, artwork, etc. 

During the design process, our team produces any necessary conceptual floor plans, elevations, detail drawings, 3d views, and landscape/site plans to assist in developing the design concept of your home. We produce detail drawings associated with intricate design elements for construction, as well as create subcontractor-specific plans. Additionally, we develop furniture plans and 3d views to plan the layout of interior furnishings.

Project Management

Our team works with you from the beginning of your project to coordinate a seamless construction process. We begin by finalizing the plans for your home, then proceed to budget preparation. Upon approval, we hire a team of subcontractors to deliver the highest level of craftsmanship for your project. A project schedule is then created and followed as strictly as possible, and we make sure your expectations are met every step of the way. We manage bids/billing/scheduling/hiring/coordination throughout the project, making communication straightforward. Our team is dedicated to the details, so you can rest assured that your project will be organized and that unforeseen surprises are eliminated to the best of our ability.
